This article covers using Canon RAW and DPP to prep for doing an Orton style photograph in Photoshop.

Dance-0117 Orton Originally uploaded by occecidI further enhanced the dreamy effect through a technique known as Orton photography. Two of the same photo that are over exposed one full stopped are combined. One is sharp while the other is out of focus. The effect is a soft photo with a sharp core.
