Canon has posted updaters for Digital Photo Professional, and other software updates for Mac and Windows. Changes include support for the EOS Rebel T2i/550D, the much requested horizon correction feature to the Trimming Tool in DPP, support for Mac OS X 10.6 in EOS Utility.

Firmware Version 1.1.0 incorporates the following fixes and improvements.

 Enhances the reliability of Live View shooting
Fixes incorrect indications on the Arabic, English, and Swedish menu screens

Firmware Version 1.1.0 is for cameras with firmware up to Version 1.0.9. If the camera’s firmware is already Version 1.1.0, it is not necessary to update the firmware.

I’ve upgraded my blog software to Wordpress ver 2.5 and will do some testing over the next several days.  I had originally installed version 2.5 but had some glitches and went back to version 2.3.  I seems the upgraded works better then the full install.
